Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Afford the shipping label to your package and send it to our Madrid distribution center via a tracked courier service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the gear is in new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
